There are over 1,000 Single family homes approved for development within the Villages at Berkshire Forest Master Planned Community. As of April 2024, approximately 500 single family homes have been developed with nearly 500 single family homes remaining to be developed.

Berkshire Forest by Pulte

Pulte Homes built the additional Phases 13-17 of the subdivision named Berkshire Forest within the Villages at Berkshire Forest master planned community. These single family homes started at around $425,000. Phase 13 of Berkshire Forest consisted of 66 single family homes and has been completed. Phase 14 of Berkshire Forest had 54 single family homes and has been completed. Phase 15 of Berkshire Forest had 49 single family homes and has been completed. Phase 16 of Berkshire Forest had 46 single family homes and has been completed. Phase 17 of Berkshire Forest had 51 single family homes and has been completed. There were a total of 265 single family homes developed in the Berkshire Forest subdivision of Villages at Berkshire.

Village Oaks by D. R. Horton

These single family homes are starting at $331,000.

NOTE: There will be 72 single family homes for sale in the back end of this community and 141 single family homes for rent in the front side of this community closer to River Oaks Drive. The 141 single family homes for lease have been completed and are in the new home community now named The Grove at Village Oaks. Homes in The Grove at Village Oaks are for rent only and start at approximately $2,300 per month.

Traditions at Carolina Forest by Chesapeake Homes

Chesapeake Homes is building the community named Traditions at Carolina Forest within the Villages at Berkshire Forest master planned community. Land development is well underway and the streets have been put in place. Chesapeake Homes will be building approximately 340 single family homes in The Traditions at Carolina Forest
